We're now looking for an Analytics Implementation Specialist who wants to own our tracking setup and make sure we're measuring what truly matters.
This is a hands-on role where you'll work at the intersection of technology, marketing and product, helping the business make better decisions through reliable data.

What you'll do
You'll become the technical owner of our analytics implementation and work closely with our existing Web Analyst, who focuses primarily on experimentation and A/B testing.
Your mission is to ensure that our data is accurate, reliable and actionable.
Some of the things you'll work on include:
Owning and developing our Google Tag Manager setup (web and server-side)
Maintaining and improving GA4 implementation
Implementing event, conversion and e-commerce tracking
Ensuring reliable tracking towards Google Ads, Meta and other advertising platforms
Monitoring data quality and proactively troubleshooting tracking issues
Building reports and dashboards that help teams make better decisions
Analyzing customer journeys, campaign performance and user behaviour
Documenting implementations and establishing best practices
Making sure we measure the right things, not everything, while keeping privacy and compliance in mind.
Who you are
We're looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems but also understands the business value behind the data.
You probably have several years of experience working with analytics implementation and feel comfortable taking ownership from day one.
You'll likely have experience with:
Google Tag Manager, including server-side GTM and advanced configurations (custom templates, dataLayer design, regex tables, etc.).
GA, event configuration, explorations, BigQuery export.
Implementing conversion tracking for Google Ads and Meta Ads, ideally additional platforms as well.
Pixels, CAPI/server-side tracking, and consent management.
Web analytics and translating data into concrete recommendations.
Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (enough to troubleshoot and implement in GTM).
Experience from e-commerce is a big plus.
